to be tied in like a soft hackle by the tip stroking the fibers towards the rear.I designed this pattern back in 2007 for the fish on the Watauga River. It’s a very effective one.  The dubbing can be made by blending rabbit fur and flash. After tying the fly the body should be teased out with velcro for extra bugginess. This pattern is found to be most effective while fished on a sink tip fly line. As I fish most of my streamers.
